In the spirit of John Beargrease - Beargrease Trail Mail affords anyone to mail a letter to anywhere and have it carried by dogsled as part of the regular mail!! A truly unique experience which commemorates the history of, not only John Beargreae but all the rugged individuals instrumental in developing the communities of Minnesota's North Shore.
Since its inception in 2006 Trail Mail has become increasingly popular with mushers and race enthusiasts. Letters have been sent via Trail Mail to 16 foreign countries. The John Beargrase Sled Dog Marathon and Mid Distance races remain one of the few places in North America you can have your mail carried by dogsled!
